THE CLEAN AND SIMPLE ANSWERS FOR ALL THINGS, “RETURNED”

If it's "our bad" we don't expect you to pay for it:

1. If we are responsible for a mistake in your order, either by shipping you the wrong shirt or size, we are happy to correct this with no extra charge.
2. All you need to do is send us a nice email telling us who you are, what the problem is, what the original order was and how you would like it fixed.
3. After we get back to you just mail us back the package and please remember to choose a carrier with insurance and tracking since we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
4. Once we get the returned order we can then refund you for the return shipping cost and mail you the correct order. Obviously if the package is returned to us and the shirts have been damaged or worn we will be unable to give you a refund of any kind.

If you include the incorrect shipping address in your order please contact us as soon as possible with corrections. If your package has not been shipped we can happily change the order. If your package has already been shipped we will be unable to attempt a correction until the package is returned and assessed.

All original charges for shipping are non-refundable and any additional charges necessary to change an order are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship worldwide. All of our outgoing orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. You will be provided a delivery confirmation number with your order unless you choose our USPS First Class Shipping Option. If you choose First Class shipping we will be unable to provide insurance for the package and it becomes the buyers responsibility once it leaves our studio.
