We are a screen printing & graphic design studio nestled among the Blue Ridge Mountains in Charlottesville, Virginia. We print on organic cotton, recycled paper and reclaimed textiles using water based inks and the most environmentally safe chemicals in the process. We do our best to limit the footprint we leave on the environment by cutting down on waste throughout our studio work. We print our business cards on the back of test prints and our wrapping paper with left over ink from print runs. By recycling and making the most out of our materials it is amazing how much we can cut down on waste; an important ethic in our current time of environmental strife.

Our designs aim to be subtle and thought provoking. We like to think of our work as "Visually Philosophical". Our inspiration comes from the patterns that are intrinsic to the world around us. Fractals, bird nests, circulatory systems, sprouting acorns, planetary orbits, starfish- we feel a nostalgic connection to these images and patterns and we feel they speak to the collective unconscious. We love our work and we hope you find it as intriguing as we do.

Our "Visiting Artist" series is an ongoing collection of collaborations with some of our favorite artists. We invite them out to our studio (or if they are further away we connect online) to work with us in the creation of special shirts, prints, limited editions... all sorts of fun things. When we work together and exchange ideas, something special is created. We believe interdisciplinary work is essential to well rounded progress in all areas of human advancement. This process of working together and creating a larger community is a large part of our business and personal ethic. We see life as an ongoing conversation between all humans and nature, past, present and future. By creating and contributing to this conversation we hope to help progress if further in a positive direction. We are looking forward to showcasing this process with you and hopefully hearing your voices along the way too..

We print everything we make ourselves by hand in small runs, often only a few shirts, posters or bags in any particular size and color. Our products are unique in every way and thanks to the organic cotton and water based inks they have an incredibly soft touch. Our shirts feel like that favorite one you have worn for the last decade, but they can hold up to the wear and tear of life. We dig our prints and we hope you do too!

Our Philosophy

These are tremendous times in the history of humanity, we have come so far and achieved so much; truly a marvel. Still as a whole, we wage wars, impoverish fellow beings, and degrade our environments. Instead of focusing on what sets us apart from one another, let's consider what we all share. What we all have in common. Let's consider the mysteries of life, and celebrate, because no matter your race or creed, we are all part of this great mystery.
